Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into our secondary school classrooms, creating an engaging learning experience in the absence of their regular Teacher. Your adaptability and passion for young people in education will be crucial in maintaining a consistent and quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons helping to maintain the momentum of the curriculum. 
• Establish a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and respect.
• Manage classroom dynamics and behaviour according to the school’s policies.
• Provide guidance, support, and address students concerns effectively.
• Uphold the school’s values of professionalism and dedication.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experienced candidates without a formal degree are also considered.
• Experience working with secondary school students is desirable though not essential as training is provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying classroom scenarios.
