Role Overview: As a Teacher of Physics, you’ll step into our secondary school classrooms, creating an engaging learning experience in the absence of their regular Teacher. Your adaptability and passion for education will be crucial in maintaining a consistent and quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons helping to maintain the momentum of the curriculum. Most schools provide pre-planned lessons ready to be delivered, but depending on the school, level of lesson planning responsibility is always negotiable.
- Establish a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and respect.
- Manage classroom dynamics and behaviour according to the school’s policies.
- Provide guidance, support, and address students’ inquiries effectively.
- Uphold the school’s values of professionalism and dedication.
Qualifications and Experience:
- UK residency is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- QTS-Qualified Teacher Status.
- Experience working with secondary school students is highly desirable.
- ECT’S and Teacher trainees are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying classroom scenarios.
